1. Do you ship internationally?  
Unfortunately we're not able to ship internationally at the moment, however some of our retailers are able to offer free worldwide delivery. 
2. Does ToeZone have stores? 
ToeZone is available in selected retailers that include:
Sainsbury’s, Argos, Next, Very, Debenhams, Amazon and Littlewoods.
3. What payments does ToeZone accept? 
We accept Pay Pal payments, credit cards and online payment methods such as Google Pay, Apply Pay,  Amazon Pay and more. 
4. How Can I check my children’s size? 
At ToeZone we have a fitting guide to ensure a better initial fit which can easily be printed online. All ToeZone’s have a fitting guide engineered to the outsole to monitor growth! This will help let you know when you need a new size! 
5. How long does it take to process and ship my order? 
All orders are shipped via courier and should be with you within in 3-5 business days. 
6. Didn't buy from our ToeZone online store but need to return them? 
Please return the shoes to the store / retailer from which you purchased them. Some of our styles are exclusive to specific retailers, thus, we are unable to receive them and action any refund or compensation. 
7. How can I return or exchange my item?
